The new Electrolux Assistent is the first kitchen machine featuring an all-important LED light, which shines into the bowl to give you better control of what is happening during use.

The new Electrolux Assistent is the first kitchen machine featuring an all-important LED light We all know that task lighting in any workspace is crucial, so why would you want anything less when you’re creating master chef quality meals?

Bread, pasta, minced meat, and sausages – anyone would agree they are completely different foods when made by hand at home with carefully selected fresh ingredients. That, of course, takes a lot of kneading, grinding, stirring, and whipping – otherwise known as hard work – which is where the power and versatility of the Electrolux Assistent comes in.

“Assistent is about helping people achieve a personal best when it comes to results, while making the journey itself a pleasure,” Michelle Rossier, Marketing Manager of Electrolux Small Appliances says. “It is the right tool, like a perfectly balanced knife with a keenly honed edge. It feels solid and the compact and the sleek design makes it easy and enjoyable to keep as an accessory in the kitchen. ”

With a generous 4.8L stainless steel bowl, the Electrolux Assistent also comes with an additional 2.9L bowl, making the preparation process more flexible. The 10 speeds allow you precise control no matter what fare you’ve chosen to create and the tilting head just adds to the ease of use. Electrolux Assistent comes complete with a coated die cast tools set that includes a dough hook, flat beater and wire whisk. There are also optional additional accessories available such as a meat grinder and vegetable slicer, giving you even more versatility.

With a sleek modern design, the Electrolux Assistent is powerful, robust and versatile, yet is still beautiful enough to sit proudly on the kitchen bench even when not in use. Able to handle any load and truly stand the test of time, the Electrolux Assistent is sure to become your new best friend in the kitchen.

The Electrolux Assistant will be from August 2014. Available in watermelon red and tungsten finishes. RRP: $599.
